Operator

VoxYZ (voxyz.space) is operated by Haiwei Huang as a personal project. These terms apply to all VoxYZ websites, products, and services. You must be at least 16 years old to use our services or make a purchase.

What you're buying

VoxYZ Vault is the paid product path: private playbooks, agent role templates, mission templates, code references, kits, and documentation delivered as private GitHub repositories. Starter and Pro are the two Vault tiers.

Delivery

After purchase, enter your GitHub username on the checkout success page. GitHub invite delivery starts right away, and most buyers get access within minutes. All future updates to your purchased tier are included at no extra cost.

If you do not have a GitHub account, contact support for an alternative delivery method.

License

Paid content is licensed, not sold. You may use the materials in your own products, internal workflows, and commercial projects. You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the materials (in whole or in part)
• Share repository access with anyone who has not purchased a license
• Publish or publicly post the licensed content

Each license is for one individual. Team use requires one license per person.

Upgrades

Starter buyers can upgrade to Pro through the automated pay-the-difference flow once their existing license is detected. If the automated upgrade flow fails, email voxyz.developer@gmail.com and we will help you finish the upgrade manually.

Refunds

Because these are digital products with immediate access, refunds are not available after repository access is granted. Refund exceptions are limited to the following cases:

• Non-delivery: you did not receive access within 24 hours
• Critical defect: a documented defect not resolved within 7 days
• Duplicate charge
• Accidental purchase with no access granted (within 24 hours)

To request a refund, email voxyz.developer@gmail.com with your purchase email and a description of the issue. We respond within 48 hours.

Intellectual property

All content, code, templates, and documentation remain the intellectual property of VoxYZ. Your license grants usage rights as described above - it does not transfer ownership.

Disclaimer

This site and materials are provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. You are responsible for reviewing and adapting any code, templates, or advice for your own product, security, and compliance requirements. VoxYZ is not liable for any damages arising from the use of these materials.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the site or products after changes constitutes acceptance.
