Who we are

VoxYZ (voxyz.space) is a personal project operated by Haiwei Huang.

What we collect

• Email address - if you subscribe to updates or make a purchase
• Purchase metadata - order details from Stripe (we do not store full card numbers)
• GitHub username - for product delivery via repository invite
• Telegram identity - if you join a buyers' community group, your Telegram display name and ID are visible to group members
• Analytics events - page views, button clicks, and feature usage (no personal identifiers)

Why we collect it

To deliver products, send occasional updates, verify purchases, provide support, and understand what content is useful.

Third-party services

• Stripe - payment processing (stripe.com/privacy)
• GitHub - product delivery via repository invitations
• Supabase - database and authentication
• Resend - transactional and marketing emails
• Vercel - website hosting and analytics
• Telegram - community groups for buyers

Each service has its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data required for each service to function.

Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and browser local storage for authentication sessions and user preferences. We do not use third-party tracking cookies. Analytics, if enabled, uses privacy-friendly methods without cross-site tracking.

Data retention

We keep your data only as long as needed for delivery, support, and product updates. Purchase records are retained for accounting and tax compliance.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To make a request, email voxyz.developer@gmail.com. We respond within 48 hours.

If you are located in the EU/EEA, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and port your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email above.

Age requirement

You must be at least 16 years old to use our services or make a purchase. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
